| SPA Yoga & Essential Oils

SPA yoga is a slow-flow, floor-based, whole-body sensory experience based.
By engaging all five of the senses with soft candlelight, soothing music, aromatherapy, lots of hands-on assists and a renewed awareness of taste (there might be chocolate! hint hint), SPA aligns practitioners with the inner wisdom of deep relaxation.
The physical practice takes time to open the body's subtle energy and prepares students to experience new depths of awareness in an extended, guided savasana.
During SPA, you may discover extra hands on assists and massages using essentials oils, along with a calming candlelit room atmosphere, delightful scents and beautiful music in the background.
Essential oils can be used to awaken and invigorate the senses and they are a compliment to a whole life and support our bodies systems, ground our emotions, and enhance our immune system so we can be healthy, active and live abundantly in health and wealth. Oils have been used for centuries to enhance health.

�Join Lauren for this workshop, which incorporates SPA yoga, along with essential oil.
Each workshop attendee will have a chance to create their own blend of essential oil and leave with a 10 ml roller ball of your own custom creation!
