Staff Spotlight:
Assistant General Manager
Meet Joseph Strader, the person behind the acmgranville@edrtrust.com account!
Joseph Strader grew up in Ruffin, NC, a small town north of Greensboro, NC. He is a double Tar Heel, earning both an undergraduate and professional level degree from UNC Chapel Hill.
During his time as a student at UNC, Joseph worked as a Resident Advisor and Resident Advisor Mentor. He also worked with the Carolina College Advising Corps immediately after college. In that role, he served as a College Advisor for two high schools in western North Carolina. These experiences have allowed him to work with students ranging from college bound high school seniors all the way through upperclassmen and graduate students at the University level.
As the Assistant General Manager, Joseph works in a wide variety of areas. He coordinates the room assignment process as well as early move-in requests. He also plays a significant role in planning move-in for returning and new students. Joseph, along with other members of the management team, also oversees staff training and development.
Joseph's interests include model construction and painting, all things PlayStation 4, Game of Thrones, and good books! Feel free to drop in and meet him in the offices on the first floor of South Tower!
