This year we have not one but TWO opportunities to study with Leslie Howard .

  • On Saturday, June 23rd from 12:30-3:30 Leslie presents an Introduction to the Pelvic Floor.

  • Following this workshop we'll celebrate the release of Leslie's new book, Pelvic Liberation, with a book signing and refreshments in the lounge. This event is free and open to the public.

  • If your hips are cranky register for Leslie's Cranky Hips workshop on Sunday, June 24th.
