Both of these programs are run by the  Canadian Mental Health Association: Cowichan Valley Branch . Our Dental Hygiene Drive will run for the month of July. Bring toothbrushes, toothpaste and floss and take advantage of the following savings:

Who would have thought you could have 3 chocolate muffins (1 serving) for breakfast while on a diet! Well you can!


  1. Combine all ingredients into a small bowl.
  2. Divide the mixture evenly into a 6 piece muffin pan. (Tip: Use silicon pans, they work amazing!)
  3. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes
  4. Done when a toothpick inserted into middle of muffin comes out clean.
  5. Remove muffins from pan and allow to cool completely.
  6. Once they are completely cold, use a sharp knife to slice each muffin in half!

 Twenty two grams of associated protein  with only 155 calories!
