Yoga for tennis players is a dynamic, and fun hands-on class designed to help improve your tennis game by applying the Yoga Sports Science® methodology which blends the practice of yoga with modern sports science practices.
The classes will include sport-specific techniques and yoga sequences that are designed to help tennis players (novice to advanced) gain greater body control and flexibility, improve efficiency of movement, breathing and balance, and prevent injuries.
We will also be applying yoga-based physical and mental conditioning to the biomechanics of tennis, focusing on building strength, flexibility, endurance and power.

What to bring: Yoga or any kind of mat, towel, water bottle
What to wear: comfortable work out clothing – no shoes
