To enhance our practice, we develop the skills to play with opposites. Like the Sun that keeps the planets in its orbit we find the stabilizing point of the yoga posture, our own grounding energy; and like the Sun, which creates light for our planet, we expand our energy by smiling, breathing and lengthening.
This experience reminds us that we have the permission to be grounded and light, strong and flexible and calm and energized.

We begin with the breath, always, the very basis of our yoga practice. We will then focus on strengthening the respiratory system and the deep core muscles. The legs and lower back will feel so wonderfully stretched and strengthened. To finish this practice there will be chanting and meditation.
Building on the principles established in the Yin Level I foundation training, this training is a deep dive into the subtle energy anatomy, combining Yoga, Tantra and Ayurveda. Together we will learn to properly layer the meditation, subtle energy practice, pranayama, mantra, and the physical practice, weaving the tapestry that facilitates transformation in our own lives, and the lives of others.
