These one week camps will offer an opportunity for young athletes to explore a variety of training disciplines in fun and competitive ways.
Each Day will highlight a particular training activity. Some activities will include:

Agility & Athletic Movement
Strength & Body Weight Resistance
Explosiveness & Power
Balance & Coordination
FUNctional Total Body Athletic Skills
General Curriculum:
- Intoduction and explanation of a training componenet and its importance to sports.
- Particpate in activites to demonstrate and build that component
- Apply the component in a fun game or competive scenario.
