Greetings Friends!
WELCOME TO THE GLORIOUS DAYS OF SUMMER

You know the saying “Come in the winter but STAY for the summer!” It is incredibly invigorating to wake up to 45 degree mornings, put on my down vest and smell the pine trees and flowers. By 10 am it is easily warm enough to go for a bike ride or hike and then meet friends for lunch at your favorite restaurant to enjoy the outside seating. The days are beautifully long, and the afternoons are warm and summery!

I will dedicate this letter to the multitude of activities, new restaurants, and updates in Aspen this summer!
REAL ESTATE UPDATE

We have a serious lack of inventory, so when a great product in a prime location (walk/bike to town) comes up priced close to $3,000 per square foot, it immediately goes under contract. For example, 331 W. Bleeker
CLICK HERE came up 2 days ago and had two offers by the time I called for a showing appointment. If you are thinking of selling - let me look at your place, and I will give you THE TRUTH. The homes that are priced much higher are still on the market since last winter – especially the ones with strangely colored paint jobs, etc!! If you want to buy, I found two unlisted properties under $10,000,000 that are move in ready. I also have an astounding West End parcel – not in the MLS- with huge remodel or
rebuild potential!!

The current single family closings for 2023 YTD include 4 over $30million!
