Supporter Spotlight -
Wells Fargo

Wells Fargo has been supporting SecureFutures, since 2010, with gifts and sponsorship of more than $145,000. Their passion for financial literacy has helped thousands of students become 'money smart' and secure their futures.

Beyond financial support, we are grateful to have active volunteers in the classroom with our students. We appreciate the 12 Wells Fargo employees who served as volunteers in 2017/2018 and engaged with teens. One of those special volunteers is Jeff Wozniak , a relationship manager with institutional retirement and trust. His dedication and passion for teen financial literacy earned him the 2017 Lloyd Levin Difference Maker Award.

We are also very excited to welcome Pete Syslack to the role of Board Secretary. Pete has served on the SecureFutures Board since 2016. He has been with Wells Fargo for more than 17 years and serves institutional clients . Thank you, Pete!

Thank you Wells Fargo for the support and the commitment of your volunteers. They are providing knowledge that empowers students.
Become a Money Coach!

Are you interested in helping students establish a strong financial foundation?

When you become a Money Coach, you have the opportunity to invest in the lives of teens by helping them develop responsible and smart financial habits through mentoring and guiding, while building their awareness and skills about important financial concepts.

Our Money Coach program marked its fifth year with 229 students successfully completing the program in the last year and far exceeding our goal of 175. With our new "Bigger and Better" motto for the 2018-2019 programming year  we NEED your passion and your commitment to empower MORE teens!

  • Money Coach is a four-month semester-based program, and you have two options: Fall: September-December and Spring: February- May

  • Sessions are twice a month for a total of 8 sessions per semester, 1.5 hours per session

  • We provide all the training and materials you need to be successful

If you are interested in learning more, or if you are ready to sign up to be a Money Coach volunteer today, please email Program Manager Steph Crosley at [email protected].
