Julie offering three 2-hour workshops to keep your interest in anatomy alive. These workshops are designed to help improve your poses, protect yourself from injury and deepen your practice. The online presentations will be recorded and will include a digital handout with illustrations of the highlighted anatomy.
These classes are intended for teachers, and practitioners with at least one year of asana experience. Teachers can receive YA CE credits for the classes.
