So, we're at the mid-year point now and Covid 19 is still with us. In fact, here in Jacksonville, the Mayor just issued a mandate regarding mask wearing in public.

THANK YOU for embracing the new portal; we hope you find it to be the upgrade we feel it is.
If you have not yet set up your new portal but have used the portal in the past, email
marketing for assistance as all new information from May 2020 forward will be found in the new portal; without the new portal, there will be an administrative charge to procure any requested documents that are housed there.
So, hurricane season. We stay vigilant as always. As we use the newsletter as the most efficient vehicle to send you updates on storm conditions when they happen, its even more important that we have current/updated information on file for you.
That starts with the email address you wish to receive communications to. If you have set up your portal, you can make updates there, including current phone numbers.
If your insurance information or emergency contact(s) have possibly changed in the last year, please email
marketing so we can update that as well. If the area were to take any kind of a storm impact, this would be vitally important in the aftermath of the event.
