Message from our Executive Director

TSMP has had a busy summer offering virtual programs to keep students engaged and focused on their futures. While we had to change the way in which we approach our programming since late March, we've stayed committed to providing our students with opportunities for career exposure, exploration, and development.
A few weeks back, TSMP had the opportunity to highlight the programs and services we've been providing throughout summer on
KUSI
. In addition, San Marcos High School senior, Faith Bettencourt, was
interviewed
by NBC to talk about her experience attending our Future You Initiative "FYI" workshops.
While there remains much uncertainty with respect to our ability to offer in-person programming in the upcoming months, one thing is for sure- these students will be entering the adult world before we know it and they deserve to step into it with a sense of self, purpose, and direction. So we will remain steadfast in our mission to provide programs, resources and opportunities that guide and support students on their educational journey beyond high school and into the workforce.
If you are a community member or business professional interested in getting involved to make an impact on students' futures, please reach out anytime!
