Over spring break this past semester, UWRF students along with agricultural economics professors Amber Remble and Simon Jette-Nantel traveled through Taiwan. Students had the opportunity to explore Taiwanese culture and history, and learn from its unique food market and supply chains. They visited several production markets uncommon to the U.S. (tofu, tea, cocoa, urban factory farms).
