Boulevard One's signature condominium community, The Met, promises to be an artfully designed gateway at Lowry Boulevard and Monaco Parkway. Construction will begin late summer on two three-story buildings along either side of Lowry Boulevard, housing approximately 110 upscale condominiums.
Metropolitan's one- and two-bedroom, low-maintenance homes will span 1,000 to 1,850 square feet. Residents can expect generous outdoor living spaces and two-car parking. The Met homes will be priced from the mid $400s to the mid $600s.
The community's extensive landscaping will integrate with the surrounding berms and open space. Located on 3.72 acres, The Met will feature a public and private art collaborative showcasing various artists within the project's common spaces and communal grounds. Boulevard One's multiple parks and gathering spaces will be steps away, and Crestmoor Park is across Monaco Parkway. Future shops, restaurants and Lucky's Market will be an easy walk within Boulevard One.
Metropolitan has helped shape the character of the Lowry community. In 2001, Metropolitan premiered Mayfair, a series of low-maintenance condominiums and townhomes across from Lowry Town Center. Metropolitan also added a collection of single-family homes reminiscent of old Denver neighborhoods in Lowry's Northwest Neighborhoods.
