Welcome back: Food and Wine Classic returns to Aspen

This year marks the 43rd edition of the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, which has transcended its founding as a mere local wine and food tasting to become the premier culinary gathering in the country.

REAL ESTATE UPDATE

It is impossible not to sense our real estate market is correcting…We still have very large off market sales like the recently closed $91,000,000 sale of a 14,000 sq ft home on the corner of Red Mountain Rd and Placer Lane. However, as we watched the last year, you cannot price your home based on one insane sale in your

neighborhood. We are seeing price reductions at all levels, so the summer market will be very interesting!

The Paul Jas Center: opens next weekend, June 26-28 with dozens of musical acts throughout town. Also, Jas Café has a full weekend lineup throughout July and August! (click here for ALL summer events)
