We offer free half and full marathon training groups. All paces are welcome. We love beginners!
We gear our training schedule towards the St. Jude Marathon and Half Marathon in December. Of course you don’t have to be racing anything in particular to join us on any Saturday during the group run season for a long run with friends.
Most of all, this is a fun group to help encourage you to reach your goals. Whether you are looking to run your first half or full or PR, this group provides a great company, general guidance, and regular accountability.
We know group runs can sometimes be intimidating, but this group is truly for runners of all skill levels. If you have interest in running, this group is for you. So bring a friend, or make some new running buds every Saturday.
