Design Team Announced for Stevens Center Renovation
The University of North Carolina School of the Arts (UNCSA) has announced the selection of the nationally recognized firms Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, based in Charlotte, and Steinberg Hart, based in Los Angeles, as the design team that will lead Phase One of a multiphase, comprehensive renovation of the historic Stevens Center in downtown Winston-Salem.
Located in the South West Corner of the Innovation Quarter, this converted tobacco factory offers hard wood floors, high ceilings and exposed masonry finishes. This building was used for the manufacturing of “Prince Albert Pipe Tobacco” and has now been converted for office, lab, and residential use. The building is predominantly occupied by biotech companies, and features a freight elevator and loading docks. There are a variety of office sizes and layouts available.
