July 3, 2023
Just recently I read that if you ever see kids with a lemonade stand, bring your car to a screeching halt and buy whatever they're selling. Then, over-tip to support their young entrepreneurial spirits.

Last week I came upon four such entrepreneurs--Sarah, Aylin, Tessa and Willow--and their moms said I could share this photo with you. These are the future business leaders of America (and future Wheaton Chamber members, we hope). A cold cup of lemonade for $1 on a hot, sunny day--brilliant!
Lemonade stands, fireworks, the Fourth of July parade... sounds to us like summer in Wheaton. Come see me tomorrow at the viewing stand under the W Tent where I am honored to emcee the parade. Thanks to the Wheaton Park District, who orchestrate all the festivities.

Happy Independence Day~
P.S. Thanks to the Daily Herald Suburban Business AfterHours for publishing our Wheaton Chamber ribbon-cutting photo on Sunday. You all look amazing!
