This past month we hosted a Wine and Chocolate pairing for the Professional Women in Building. We paired five of our wines with five specialty chocolates from Kilwins! It was such a great event for a wonderful cause! Pictured here, Shimmer White paired with white chocolate! A must try!

News From the Cellar

Bottling is almost complete for the 2021 vintage of wines. Our production team is looking forward to Harvest 2022 and the wine that will come from those grapes!  Most recently, the cellar has been fruitful with the bottling of Shimmer Rosé and labeling all of the bottled wine.

News From the Vineyard

IMG-8552.JPG

Buds are coming in...shoots are growing!

With all of the heat we have had the past few weeks, our vineyard crew has been working fast and furious on tying the vines and reducing the number of buds and shoots to create balanced vines. These buds you see will grow to four feet long and will hold the grape clusters! Tying the vines helps to keep them within the trellis system and from breaking off. The rain and sunshine has helped the growth of everything, so tilling the vineyard rows to keep the weeds down and mowing the grounds has begun!
