Sunflower Strolls
Sunflower Offering:
Once the sunflowers are blooming,
you can buy one sunflower stem for $1 or six for $5
Did you know?
Every year, we aim to plant sunflowers to ensure sufficient mid and late summer nectar and pollen for the bees.

Given the projected hot summer, and in an effort to conserve our well water, we decided to plant one large sunflower patch this year as opposed to watering a sunflower border as we have done in the past.

Take a stroll with us!

Seasonal Wine Releases:
Seasonal mead releases include:
Merry Mead | Mistral Mead | Twilight | Back Beauty
Another release is coming soon!
We are just awaiting licensing of our new honey wine
with quince, which we are calling “Aphrodite”.
New Product!
Haskap Creamed Honey is made with dehydrated, ground haskap berries, retaining 90% of the berries superfood nutritional value.

Haskap is a cold-hardy plant, also known as "Edible Blue Honeysuckle" or "Honeyberry". The berries are known for their juicy sweet tartness and are rich in antioxidants.
Planting for the Bees
Our daughter, Jenny, has been working diligently despite the scorching weather. Her focus is on researching and planting new varieties of flowers that are bee and pollinator-friendly. This includes perennials but she will also be adding some trees in late fall.

All of these efforts should culminate into a demonstration garden with informational signs that the public will be welcome to view when they visit next spring.

Fun note! Jenny & Judy are debating over the wild look of our pollinator gardens. She advises me that this is a generational difference and neat and tidy is out while 'all natural' is in.

Come visit and wade into the discussion if you like!
