New Classrooms for St Michel School
The construction of three new wooden structure classrooms was completed during the summer! We are happy to share that the youngest students of the school will enjoy more stable and ventilated classrooms to begin the new school year.

During the year that followed the earthquake that completely destroyed the school, FH4H supported the school director, sister Rosalore, by visiting the school, and sending emergency tents that allowed classes to resume. Finally, FH4H provided the funds to construct three big wooden classrooms.

Thanks to the fundraising from the VI Annual Brazilian Night sponsored by the Rotary Club of Key Biscayne, the students at St Michel in Les Cayes will soon be able to enjoy their new learning place when classes resume in September

Fill a Pencil Box for a Student in Haiti
The campaign Fill a Pencil Box for a Student in Haiti was launched last January and it was a big success!

Middle and High school students in Miami, FL worked hard to collect brand new school materials. During summer FH4H volunteers packed and shipped the pencil cases to Ile-a-Vache and Les Cayes:
661 Pencil Case Sets
12 Teacher's Sets
1 Box of Refills

We cannot wait to see the faces of the little ones when they receive their own pencil cases for the new school year!

The campaign will continue throughout the 2022-2023 school year and we would like to invite all the schools and students to join us in this amazing project. If you would like to be a school campaign leader please send us an email for more information to info@flyinghigh4haiti.org
