Summer of Screams is Upon Us! Take some SPOOKY CLASSES!!
CATTY-CORNERED by GLENDA WILDER DESIGNS
Quietly guarding their favorite pumpkin patch on a starry night, two easy-to-piece cat blocks have this new fall favorite cornered! Using advanced chain piecing, flip corners and some smart pressing, this big block quilt finishes 56” x 68” in plenty of time for your favorite fall festival.   

Although construction is easy, this workshop is recommended for confident beginners due to significant cutting requirements.

This quilt comes together very fast with no sashing and no borders! You will have a quilt that you love in no time. Students will learn about fabric placement, focusing on directional fabric, scale, and color distribution. Students will also learn basic rotary cutting and will go step-by-step through piecing. The class will end with a discussion on quilt photography and how to get that fun quilt pic! 
HALLOWEEN CAT PAPER PIECING
Learn the basic steps of foundation paper piecing. You will prepare the pattern, paper piece a segment, and join the segments together. It’s a great technique to use your scraps. It is essentially sewing by number to sew a design into a project. You will be making the Halloween cat to use as a pot holder, in a table runner, or even a quilt. Instructions will be given to complete the project into a mini quilt banner, 11 ½” X 14”.
