Summer public service programs connect youth to community

Teens dig into art, theater,
skills building and volunteering

YouthZone has three unique programs for supervised community service opportunities this summer. Through classes, volunteering, and art and theater, youth can contribute in a positive direction for our community. When teens learn how to express themselves in a positive way, it helps them to develop and maintain healthy relationships with their parents, peers and most importantly, the relationship with themselves.

YouthZone celebrated the 2019 Strawberry Days in Glenwood Springs with a float in the Saturday morning parade.

Thanks to the generous support of the Embrey Family Foundation , YouthZone has a teen crew working on a Glenwood Springs mural project.
We also received funding from the RCG Fund with the Rose Community Foundation .
And thank you Glenwood Springs for discretionary funds to help youth in Glenwood Springs receive YouthZone services.

YouthZone appreciates the help
that we get from all of our supporters.
