3) COURTESY: I know that you are anxious to get your booth assignments and get set up for a great day of promoting what your business... In doing so, please follow ALL vendor rules for check-in, set up, tear down, etc... Do not attempt to come in on the side streets, you WILL be asked to turn around.
PLEASE BE KIND to our Event Staff. They are VOLUNTEERS who help make this event run smoothly. If you have a question or concern... please ask to speak directly with me. I value both my vendors and volunteers and want to be the one to handle any issues if they should arise.
4) ENGAGE: To make sure you get the most out of your vendor experience, we encourage your to actively engage with festival goers. Be friendly and approachable, and creative with interactive activities at your booth.
Just a reminder that standard vendors may not sell or give away any food or beverages (except water) at their booths in order to allow food vendors to maximize the return on their investment, and may only sell from their booth space.
5) COME PARTY: After street fair break-down & packing up, street fair vendors are invited to join us in the Entertainment Tent (at the corner of Florence & 3rd St) for family-friendly food, drinks, and live music until 7PM. It's our way of saying thank-you and giving our vendors an opportunity to relax after a hard days work and connect with other local businesses and the community.
