We're excited to welcome our Interim Rector, the Rev. Neal Goldsborough, and we look forward to his spirit-filled leadership and guidance over the next year. Rev. Neal's first Sunday with us will be July 3. Please mark your calendars and make plans to greet him at a simple welcome reception on Sunday, July 10 at 10 AM. More details will follow.

Men are invited to gather for breakfast this Saturday, June 18 at 8 AM at Aw Shucks Country Store on Pouncey Tract Rd. Following this time of fellowship and faith-formation, anyone interested is welcome to depart for a Co-Ed Bike Ride at High Bridge State Park in Farmville. For many years, Christ Church has supported the ministries of CARITAS (Congregations Around Richmond Involved to Assure Shelter). On June 21, CCE will take a tour of the CARITAS campus as part of our efforts to reignite our partnership with this amazing organization. "Kids' Praise" is on hiatus until fall. Save the Date for a Summer “Music Hour”
Family Worship will continue to bring joy and praise all summer long while our "Kids Praise" music gatherings will take a break for the summer. We will also have a fun opportunity this summer for children K-5 to gather for a post-VBS music hour: stay tuned for registration info.

Vacation Bible School shares God's love with the children of our community. Over 100 children have registered for this fun, life-giving week at Christ Church. Consider how you can help! New Women's Book Study shares lessons "from heaven"
All women are invited to read and discuss the book, "7 Lessons from Heaven" by Mary C. Neal, M.D. The group will meet at Christ Church for Part 1 on June 22 at 9:30 AM to discuss the first half of the book and then for Part 2 to discuss the last half of the book on July 20 at 9:30 AM. Get your book now, start reading, and stay tuned for the meeting location.
