Library News & Programs
 For Adults & Children
Greetings from Director Stephanie Harrison

The staff and trustees enjoyed welcoming the Patterson community to the library on June 4 as a partner in the Patterson Rotary's Touch-a-Truck event. Working with multiple community partners, the event drew over 2,000 people to see big trucks, pet farm animals, hear stories, listen to live music, and eat delicious food. Everyone had a wonderful time, and we look forward to partnering with local organizations to offer more fun events like this in the future. In the meantime, check out all of the amazing events we have planned for you this summer. I hope to see you at the library!

Your input is always important to us, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to me at or to my staff if there is anything the library can assist you with.

What A Great Day!
Touch-A-Truck 2022!
Saturday was a perfect day! Incredible weather, fun activities, big trucks, a petting zoo, carnival games, fabulous authors, fantastic music, excellent food, horse and buggy rides, and more smiling faces than we could count! This year we partnered with the Patterson Rotary and Cartwright Party Rentals for the Patterson Rotary's Touch-A-Truck for Heroes event. It was a fantastic day, from the local businesses and organizations to the people who make Patterson so special! That's what happens when a community comes together. Thanks to Patterson Rotary, Patterson Firehouse, Cartwright & Daughters Tent & Party Rentals, Traffic Lane Closures, LLC, Petersen’s Patterson Greenhouses, Titan Concrete, Inc., Patterson Recreation, Rock Hill Farm, The Farmhouse, Wandering Dave’s, Bernadette Rossetti Shustak, Michael Garland, The Clams Band, and Pied Piper Petting Zoo for making this such a successful event!
Check out a few photos and a link to our video with highlights of the day!
