A New Season at Antelope Butte
Dear friends,

Summer has finally arrived at Antelope Butte. The days are longer, the creeks are running high and so are our spirits!

We received good news and a great vote of confidence last month. The United States Forest Service granted Antelope Butte Mountain Recreation Area a 5-year Ski Area Term Special Use Permit which allows us to offer numerous year-round services.

We celebrated this milestone with an Open Mic night at Luminous Brewhouse on May 23rd. Thanks to all of you who attended, including our special guests Gayle Laurent, Realty Specialist and USFS Land and Special Use Program Manager, and Travis Fack, USFS Natural Resource Specialist. Together we raised $786 to support the Antelope Butte Foundation.

We hope you'll come up and join us for family fun and music at the Bighorn Mountains Brewfest this month and the Summer Festival in July. You'll find full details and ticket information below. We are grateful for your support, and look forward to welcoming you to Antelope Butte this summer!

Thank you,

John Kirlin, Executive Director
Antelope Butte Mountain Recreation Area
