Print your Summit agenda
We will have a pocket-schedule for you to use as a quick reference during the week, but we encourage you to print the agenda for full session descriptions as you select your preferred breakout sessions.
Opening Reception
You definitely don’t want to miss the Opening Reception, hosted by Visit Lake Charles! Enjoy live music by Mark Mireles & The Tropicats while you enjoy tasty appetizers and spirits. Don't forget to strike a pose at the 360 camera before heading to one of Lake Charles' favorite dinner spots. Attire: Beach casual

FAM Tours
Each tour departs from the charter bus area in front of the parking garage at 12:30 p.m. and returns at 4:30 p.m. Please eat before you arrive.Lunch will NOT be provided.
Attire
Business casual attire is suggested for the duration of the conference. The suggested attire for the opening reception is beach casual. The Culinary Exploration in Louisiana's Playground (Optional Event) attire is business or cocktail.
