Dr. Dan interviews speaker, coach, founder of The Legacy Letter Challenge and proud Dad Blake Breweron this inspiring episode. The Legacy Letter Challenge helps dads connect with their children on a deeper level by writing a letter from their heart.
Blake is on a mission to help 1 million dads write one well written, meaningful, lasting Legacy Letter to their children. At 19 years old Blake’s father drowned in Blake’s arms while the two were snorkeling together in Hawaii on a family vacation. Hours later Blake discovered a letter his father was planning to give him on the trip. In this letter, his dad Larry Brewer (a football great and Terry Bradshaw's best friend) shared his heart and his feelings as well as some great life advice. The letter changed Blake’s life.

Worry Warriors Therapy Group in Walnut Creek This Fall
Amy Feldman, LEP, is offering Worry Warriors, an interactive weekly therapy group for 4th-6th graders, starting October 12.
This in-person group is designed to help your child to identify, understand and, most importantly, reduce feelings of anxiety. Through playful structured activities, group discussion and low-key weekly homework, participants will develop their own Worry Warrior Toolkit and meet other children working on the same skills.
The group will take place at Summit Center’s Walnut Creek office, Wednesdays at 3 pm, October 12-November 16. Cost of enrollment is $575, which includes a 30-minute individual intake and 6 group sessions. Interested? Complete this form and we will reach out.
