Honoring Long Time Volunteer Retiree,

Thank you BGV Volunteers

Breckenridge Grand Vacations partnered with Summit Habitat for their Legacy in Action Day consisting of volunteer service to honor late company founder, Rob Millisor. BGV was thrilled to partner with Summit Habitat for a morning of painting and site cleanup on some of the newly built homes in Fairplay. Thank you BGV!

Spread the Word

Know someone in need of affordable housing? Encourage them to apply today! Applications are still being accepted for the remaining homes in the Fairplay Castello development.

A Brush with Kindness

Summit Habitat has been revitalizing the Brush with Kindness Program to provide low-cost home repair services to Summit County residents in need. We recently partnered with Summit Rotary Club to support “Timberline Adult Day Services” free community mobility equipment loaner program which ensures that essential mobility aids will be properly stored and accessible to community members who need them most. We provided paint to this organization and are looking to expand this program further across the county. If you or someone you know could benefit, please let us know!

Congratulations to Homeowner Dusty Roberts on Closing Day!

Dusty has been a dedicated member of our mountain community for over 20 years, working as a lift operator and snowcat/heavy equipment operator. Like many long-time locals, he has faced the challenge of rising housing costs that made it nearly impossible to stay in the area he loves.

Dusty had been considering relocating – leaving behind not only his dream job, but also the community he’s called home for decades in search of an affordable life elsewhere. Thanks to the affordable homes at the Castello development in Fairplay, Dusty no longer must consider starting over somewhere new and has been able to attain secure homeownership.

We’re thrilled to celebrate this milestone with him. Congratulations Dusty! Our mountain community is lucky to have hardworking residents like you.
