Unstoppable is our theme for Summit this year, but what does it mean? 

It’s an intentional rallying cry for the unique moment the LGBTQ+ community is facing.
 
We will be gathering at a time when communities across the globe are witnessing the threat of dramatic rollbacks to rights—rollbacks that disproportionately affect LGBTQ+ people, POC, women, people with disabilities, and other marginalized groups. And businesses are now the bulwarks against these rollbacks.
 
Whereas progress towards LGBTQ+ equality may once have seemed a given, our community has been forced to reevaluate the belief that LGBTQ+ progress was guaranteed.
 
To be #unstoppable, we must be deliberate in taking concrete actions towards LGBTQ+ equality. 

We hope Summit will serve as a space for you and your organization to clarify what intentional actions you will take to safeguard LGBTQ+ equality in the workplace and in our world—to move us forwards, not backwards.
