PreK3 learners and younger must be checked out of their studios, and families will be invited to eat together under the pavilion. They may be checked back in to studios following lunch or checked out for the day if preferred. All families checking students out for lunch or from the school must be listed as approved pick-ups in Brightwheel!

Grandparents Lunch & Visitor Registration

As we continue improving our safety/security processes at Summit, we will be implementing a visitor sign-in process that utilizes the Raptor Safe application. All campus visitors will go through this process, and a driver's license or valid ID will be required upon check-in.

Our annual fundraiser, Kid for a Night, is coming soon! Join us for an unforgettable, kid-free evening filled with dinner, life-size games, and plenty of opportunities to feel like a kid again. Tickets and sponsorships are officially on sale now at the link below!

Our annual fundraiser is coming up, and we’re looking for our Summit community to help us make it a success!

This week, every student will bring home flyers to share with local businesses, friends, neighbors, and family. We’re asking each Summit family to help their student ask at least 3 people to donate an auction item or become a sponsor. Three is our goal—but more is even better!

What Can You Ask For?

We’re looking for fun items and experiences to use as auction items and prizes, including:

  • Experiences & activities
  • Gift cards
  • Vacation stays
  • Restaurant packages
  • Unique or local items

Have a connection to a local business? Know someone with a great experience to share? This is the perfect time to ask!

Want to Become a Sponsor?

Sponsorships are another great way to support Summit—and they come with some fun perks, including a reserved table, extra drink tickets, marketing shoutouts, and a fun night out at our fundraiser!

One More Way to Help!

We’re also collecting bottles of wine valued at $25 or more for our Wine Pull game. Wine donations can be dropped off at the Head of School's office anytime.

Every donation, big or small, helps us create incredible opportunities for our students. Thank you for helping us spread the word and make this year's fundraiser our best one yet!

FAMILY VOLUNTEER HOURS

Each family is required to contribute a minimum of 16 volunteer hours per school year. These hours can be fulfilled through a variety of opportunities, including classroom assistance, event coordination, administrative support, and more. We encourage parents to explore their interests and talents as they contribute to the vibrant life of our school.

Use the link below to submit completed volunteer hours throughout the school year.
