Flying S Title & Escrow has announced the expansion of its brand into Butte, Montana, by merging with Summit Valley Title Company.
Summit Valley Title Company has been a family-owned and operated business providing title and escrow services since 1970.
"We are pleased that Summit Valley Title Company, started by our father over 50 years ago, is merging with Flying S Title & Escrow, another family company that has been in operation for over 100 years," said Mollie Maffei, owner of Summit Valley Title Company. The company intends to bring to Silver Bow County advanced technology, Underwriter flexibility and will continue to provide consistent, courteous, and dependable services.
