North Fulton Mental Health Collaborative - Community Resiliency Model Training (CRM)

CRM is a novel approach in trauma recovery and mental wellness self-care that focuses on biologic and sensory-somatic techniques. The 1-hour CRM introduction will describe body-based self-care skills and concepts that can help participants develop resiliency resources that come from within–to deal with experiences of stress and trauma. |

Signs of Suicide: Trusted Adult Training

Equips adults to recognize warning signs of suicide, how to navigate those difficult conversations, and learn practical next steps with youth. By the end of the training, individuals will be considered a “trusted adult” for youth to share their struggles or get support. Great for parents, volunteers, teachers, counselors, health professionals, or coaches.
