The Well
The Well is a unique mix of shops, restaurants, fresh food markets, workspaces, and residences that set the stage for innovative collaborations and meaningful experiences in culture, entertainment, community, and wellness. It is comprised of three million square feet of retail, office, and residential space over 7.7 acres in Toronto’s King West area.
Sun-Brite is proud to be working on every building within the project from the condos, to the rental properties and even the commercial space. This project is a collaboration of many giants in the building industry including Tridel, Deltera, Rio Can, Allied, Woodburne Capital, and Rhapsody Property Management, just to name a few.
