ASSOCIATION NEWS

From the Desk of the Executive Director

Happy Friday!

My team and I are committed to provide our clients quality service and solutions as stated in the First Service Residential mission statement, “deliver exceptional service and solutions that enhance the value of every property and the lifestyle of every resident in the communities we manage”. Please participate in the 2023 Resident Satisfaction Survey regarding the overall condition of common facilities, interactions with staff and the quality/effectiveness of lifestyle options provided to Sun City Huntley. My team and I want to hear from you, so I hope you choose to participate.

As in past years, the survey will be conducted through Survey Monkey and will be accessible via a computer, tablet, or smart phone. The 10-question survey should take about 3 minutes to complete and will be available through the end March. A link to the survey is posted on the resident portal of www.sccah.com. Results of this survey will be provided in May through the community’s communication tools.

This year, there is not a comment section at the end of the final “yes or no” question. If you would like to bring a comment to Management’s attention, please submit a Talk to Staff form available here and at any desk in the Prairie Lodge. Thank you in advance for your participation.

Be well!

Some Reminders From The Modifications Department:

When applying for change, a couple of things to remember:

  1. Make sure to include a plat of survey with all the changes marked clearly on it.
  2. Make sure to include information on the materials that will be used, and fill out all areas of the application completely. If you are doing landscaping, make sure to include a list of what will be planted.
  3. Remember that all improvements outside of the Privacy/Improvement area do require Neighbors consent.

For more detailed information on your project make sure to review the Design Guidelines, which contains all the necessary information for projects you may be planning.
