Sun Country Airlines sells out First 2022
Williston to Las Vegas Flight

Sun Country Airlines is back in Williston with direct flights to Las Vegas! The first flight of the season was sold out on Thursday, September 8th. Sun Country flies a Boeing 737 with 186 seats. Williston Basin International Airport officials remind passengers that TSA opens three hours before this flight. They encourage travelers to arrive at least 90 minutes prior to departure! Check in for this flight closes 45 minutes prior to departure time. Sun Country will offer direct flights to Las Vegas until December 18th. Ticket Information

1 Million Cups features Young Bucks,
Everson-Coughlin Funeral Home

About forty people attended the 1 Million Cups meeting on Wednesday, September 7th at Young Bucks Coffee & Eatery. Coffee entrepreneur, Louise Skaare and Seth and Heidi Coughlin, owners of the Everson-Coughlin Funeral Home and Cremation Services presented. Watch the video @1MCWST.
Wenko to present at Fusion Conference in Bowman Sept. 15

News Release - Williston Economic Development's Executive Director will be a panelist at the annual Fusion Conference in Bowman on September 15th. The theme of the 2022 event is Trust is Everything. Shawn Wenko will participate in the Impact and Influence panel discussion. The Fusion agenda says, "Influence does not just happen in leadership roles. Rapid City

News Release - The basic economic development course “Fuel the Growth – 2022: Advancing Economic Development in Our Communities” is returning to the Black Hills State University-Rapid City after its successful launch in 2021. Work begins on US Highway 85 Safety Corridor

Minot Daily News - The North Dakota Department of Transportation through Vision Zero has begun its newest Highway Safety Corridor project on U.S. Highway 85 from Belfield to Watford City. The project is designed to include enhanced safety features and an increase in law enforcement to remind drivers they are responsible for obeying all traffic laws and posted speed limits. Safety Corridors are a tool that combines engineering, enforcement and education to help us reach the goal of zero fatalities on North Dakota roads,” said NDDOT Director Bill Panos. Read More
