This Sunday marks the beginning of Advent, a time for turning our gaze from the external world to the inner world where we may commune with the light of the Divine spark, the Christ presence. It is a time of renewal and spiritual transformation, a time to summon more light into our being through intensive spiritual practices. But which practices? During this advent season we are invited to go deeper into the Light through four distinct and powerful practices, the first of which is the cultivation of Ojas, the golden essence. By cultivating Ojas, we strengthen our vitality and our connection to Source, resulting in greater radiance, resilience and happiness.
