Christmas is a time to welcome the birth of the Christ into

this world, and to celebrate our dawning awareness of the

Divine Love within. But do we really understand the immense

power of this Divine Love? For it is not akin to human love at

all; in fact, according to Jesus, it is not of this world. Yet because this Divine Love is in us – in fact, it ultimately is us! -

we can certainly access its wondrous power for our own well-

being and the good of all.

To penetrate the mystery of this otherworldly Love, we might turn for answers to some of the greatest Christian mystics ever known. Revered saints such as Padre Pio and Saint Catherine of Siena as well as contemporary mystics/channels such as Paul Selig who were so transformed by the power of their own longing for Divine Love that they manifested celestial talents. In sharing them, they were able to give and receive miracles of the highest order. And we can, too.
