How much is your life controlled by the clock? Does time seem to affect your ability to commune with Spirit? The great spiritual masters of the world have always taught that time is a vast illusion, one from whose grip we must break free if we are to awaken to our true Divine identity. In fact, our collective, unconscious surrender to time’s governance seems to have distorted our perception of even everyday circumstances, strengthening our sense of powerlessness, worry, limitation and lack. If it’s true that absolute Truth -

meaning God - abides only in timelessness, we must guard against letting our minds leapfrog so freely unchecked from past to future, manifesting unwanted realities.

We sow seeds of understanding where error thought has taken root, and dispel the shadows of fear, fostering empathy and compassion among nations. We affirm wisdom for our leaders as they navigate the complexities of international relations. May they prioritize dialogue over discord and seek solutions that honor the inherent dignity of every human being. We see the wounds of war and strife, both seen and unseen, being healed in supernatural ways, and comfort and protection for those afflicted. We lift our collective prayer for an end to global wars.

Due to new interest, and to service those who were unable to make the first couple of Saturday classes, I have been able to secure the Cottage Room at Unity on TUESDAY AFTERNOONS, from 3:30 to 5:30 - 

The classes will run from NOVEMBER 5th through DECEMBER 10th

Dancing with our Shadow: Recognizing and engaging Hidden Pieces of our Personality so as to experience more fully our spiritual heritage and integral beauty.

We will utilize “Shadow Dance” by David Richo as a text, to serve as the basis to support our class activities, including gentle processes of mindfulness. These processes, a variety of simple and engaging exercises, will allow us to address and befriend the shadow. They will open our subconscious to reveal the collection of unacknowledged aspects of self, which, remaining hidden, has prevented us from realizing our greatest gifts. And so, our focus will be to bring them to Light. 

In transforming negative or undesirable traits, or those which we admire in others, but disavow in ourselves, we are able to live more authentically and happily. By releasing mis-held energy, we allow ourselves to move out of dis-ease, into greater health and flexibility. In the transmutation of darkness into light we enhance the quality of our lives, improving relationships with others, as well as the one with self.

Affirmation and prayer will be interwoven with the activities in the search for our authentic selves.
