🌲🎄 HELP US RALLY FOR OUR WREATH FUNDRAISER! 🎄🌲

Okay, Big Wood Families and Friends...we need your help to pull off a BIG comeback!

Last year, we sold a whopping 300 wreaths! This year, we're sitting at just 75. I know we can do better than that!

Here's why these numbers matter:

🌲 250 wreaths = FREE SHIPPING for our entire order!

🌲 300 wreaths = FREE SHIPPING PLUS an extra $2 bonus for EVERY wreath sold! That's an additional $600 for Big Wood School!

So we're extending our fundraiser until Friday morning, October 23, to give everyone a few more days to spread the word!

Remember - Every student who sells 20 or more wreaths will earn a FREE ticket to Parents' Night Out on Friday night!

These wreaths and holiday greens make wonderful gifts for grandparents, neighbors, teachers, coworkers and clients. They're also perfect for decorating businesses and offices!

Share those order forms with friends, family, coworkers and neighbors! Every order makes a difference!

We have a lot of ground to make up, but if everyone pitches in, I know we can get there!

Let's go from 75 to 300 and make this another successful fundraiser for our school!

Thank you for your support!

Hailey Hoopla

Friday, October 30, 2026

Hailey Hoopla is an annual, area-wide event sponsored by the Valley Chamber and businesses along Main St in Hailey. It provides families of children a safe alternative to Halloween. With our Hailey location, The Commons, Church of the Big Wood has the unique opportunity to be a part of this event. Why is this important? Because during this event, our Family & Children's Ministry staff and volunteers get to meet, interact, and encourage many children and families from our valley.

This is where we need you. We need lots of candy! There is a candy drop box in the church lobby (to the left when you enter the lobby). Feel free to drop off bags of candy anytime between now and October 29. Thank you in advance!

Operation Christmas Child

Now through November 15

It's time to start packing shoeboxes to send to children in need around the world. This is an amazing opportunity for your family and our church to impact children's lives with the love of Jesus this holiday season. You can grab your shoeboxes in the church lobby now, and get to packing. We will collect all shoeboxes on Sunday, November 15, pray for them, and then send them off around the world.
