Office Hours This Week:
The office will be open 9-1 on Monday, January 6th, and closed Tuesday and Wednesday for a staff retreat. Rev. Lori and Sue will be working remotely and will be available by email and phone.
Pastoral Search Committee Nominations
The Board of Trustees is seeking individuals to serve on the Pastoral Search Committee. This committee will help lead the process of hiring the next pastor of Mary Magdalene Church and will be comprised of three members of the community and two board members. If you are interested or know of someone who would be a good candidate for this important role, please submit your nomination by January 5 - in time for the January 12 meeting of the Board of Trustees. If you have any questions, please contact Betty Jerabeck. You can find the ballot box in the hallway on the table.
Rummage Sale Donations
Donations now being accepted! Please contact Tammy Drollette to coordinate drop offs. We cannot accept televisions, Christmas decorations, shoes, or car seats. Please contact Tammy regarding larger items to be donated to make sure we can accommodate.
Tax Season is Here! A Message from Jim Bridges
If you would like a statement disclosing your 2024 charitable donations to Mary Magdalene Church, please notify Jim Bridges. A statement will be sent to you via email or USPS. Please note: we can only provide statements based upon MONETARY donations. In-kind donations cannot be verified. Thank you, as always, for your thoughtful and generous contributions to the church!
Money Ball is Back!
This fundraising event is open to all parishioners and the public! Balls/numbers are available for purchase now! The proceeds will benefit Mary Magdalene Church and our InReach/OutReach ministries. SNOW ANGELS
It's that time of year again when we ask for volunteers to help clear the sidewalks and steps of snow and ice on Sunday mornings. We have a power shovel that is relatively easy to use and several regular shovels. Rock salt is available inside the back door and near the elevator in the front of the church. You would need to arrive to church early, between 9:15-9:30. Many hands make light work! If you can help please contact Sue. Thank you!
