"Look at the means of grace the Lord has given us: prayer, the sacraments, the Bible, the liturgy.

How often we say we’re too tired or we don’t feel like praying, or reading the Bible, or coming to church.

When we feel like this, the Gospel today tells us: Come, come to church even when the weatherman is promising the worst.

Come even when you have been up late the night before. Come even when every bone in your body aches. Come. Do it anyway.

What you will gain from it will be way out of proportion to what you put in"

The Sunday School Agiasmo Service will take place this Sunday following classes in the Chapel.
All students and teachers should be in attendance for this special blessing. Parents are welcomed as well to attend and receive a blessing.

If you assist with the youth in some way, you must be trained in the new Policies for the Safety of Youth and Children implemented by the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America. These are safety measures that will need to be followed by anyone in our parishes that works with any of our Youth Ministry Programs and events. Therefore, we ask that all attend one of our workshops to prepare yourself for these new policies, as well as fill out the forms and register with our parish and the Archdiocese.
