Shimmering ejections emitted by two actively forming stars make up Lynds 483 (L483). High-resolution near-infrared light captured by NASA’s James Webb Space Telescope shows incredible new detail and structure within these lobes, including asymmetrical lines that appear to run into one another. L483 is 650 light-years away in the constellation Serpens.

This timely presentation invites participants into an exploration of one of the great questions of our time: What happens when the structures that once shaped our lives no longer reflect who we are becoming? Across the world, familiar systems, relationships, beliefs, identities, and ways of living are being challenged and restructured as human consciousness continues to expand.

Through meditation, video, reflective assessments, and

interactive exercises, participants will discover practical ways to navigate today’s uncertainty with greater calm. Together we will identify and examine both the internal and the external structures of the “old matrix” that are calling for release, preventing new possibilities

from emerging. Rather than viewing these changing times with fear, this interactive experience invites us to see them as an opportunity for liberation into a more authentic and awakened way of living. Summer Spiritual Field Trip Invitation

For a summer spiritual field trip, we have decided to go to Palolo Zen Village to participate in their Orientation to Zen Meditation Practice on Saturday, July 11, 9:00 am to noon. Interested participants can write to me at pranaloha@gmail.com for information on registration and what to expect. No experience necessary. This orientation is designed for beginners interested in learning about Zen meditation from our local masters.
