Together we’ll reflect on the symbols of the story—the palms, the donkey, the crowd, and the city—as guidance for welcoming the Christ Presence into our own lives with humility, courage, and peace.

In a time of tension in our world, our nation, and even our personal relationships, this gathering offers practical spiritual wisdom for finding inner peace and expressing outer harmony. We will enjoy a light dinner, and the revolutionary film entitled "Quantum Convergence," and follow-up seminar by Dr. Medgar Reid. The event, located at the Unitarian Church of Honolulu, will begin with dinner at 5:30. Please see the schedule above. This Good Friday, join us for a contemplative gathering that invites you to see the cross not as suffering, but as a doorway to Self-realization. We will draw on the wisdom of mystics like Cynthia Bourgeault, Richard Rohr, and Paramahansa Yogananda, as well as the insights of Meister Eckhart, and the teachings of A Course in Miracles.

Unity perspectives from Charles Fillmore and Eric Butterworth will also guide us in understanding how crucifying fear and limitation allow the Christ within to shine even more brightly.

The service is designed to guide you inward through meditation, lectio divina, and call-and-response prayer, culminating in a brief symbolic ritual to help open your heart and welcome Love’s presence more fully. Whether you seek reflection, inspiration, or a deeper encounter with the Spirit, this service offers a sacred space to experience a personal and illuminating breakthrough at the cross.
