We are fortunate, now, to have access to teachers from a myriad of spiritual backgrounds and experiences, who are willing to talk about their journey and what insights they have to share. I have been listening and watching podcasts, talks and seminars, and just since 2026, there are messages that resonate with me in depth; for helping humanity, the collective, as well as each one of us on our personal path.

Summer Spiritual Field Trip Invitation

For a summer spiritual field trip, we have decided to go to Palolo Zen Village to participate in their Orientation to Zen Meditation Practice on Saturday, July 11, 9:00 am to noon. Interested participants can write to me at pranaloha@gmail.com for information on registration and what to expect. No experience necessary. This orientation is designed for beginners interested in learning about Zen meditation from our local masters. Slots are limited and filling up quickly, so please act now if interested.
