I hope that your family had a blessed Easter and a fun and relaxing Spring Break! Please remember that Monday we will have a 1:00 release for the solar eclipse. Also, we hope to see you Friday evening at our Spaghetti Dinner, which will be hosted by our 8th grade class.

Once students return from Spring Break, shorts will be allowed to be worn on campus.

Unlike flowers and plants, students grow over the winter months, so please make sure their shorts fit before Monday morning. All shorts must meet dress code standards which can be found HERE.

The fifth grade stewardship focus is the military and first responders. Projects this year help the students recognize a general sense of gratitude that encourages compassion and fuels the desire to give back to others.

Last week students visited the Fire Department for a tour and learned about what is involved in being a first responder. Ahead of the trip, our fifth graders put together “lifesaver treat bags" for the Fire Department, SPX School parents who are first responders, and the police officers who support Saint Pius X.

We need your help for Teacher Appreciation Week! 

Spring is right around the corner and now is your chance to spring into action by helping us spoil our St. Pius X teachers and staff!  Teacher Appreciation Week begins May 6th and we want to make it unforgettable. Our teachers do so much to nourish the young minds of our children. Let’s show them how much we care, by nourishing them with some memorable meals!  All week long we will be providing teachers and staff with special snacks, lunches and other items to say thank you. If you’re hungry to help make this an awesome week for our excellent educators  - we’ve made it easy for you. Simply click HERE to contribute. With your help, we look forward to showing our teachers just how much they are appreciated!

We can't wait to treat the teachers and staff to lots of raffle goodies all week! The sign-up includes types of items that have been donated in the past. But if you have something you want to donate and don't see that "category" - no problem! Feel free to donate - just label it so we know to put your donation towards the raffle for the week. If the item is something that can't be dropped off in the PEC vestibule, email Tory Patrick to coordinate alternate drop-off arrangements.

We'll bundle the donations and draw names to treat teachers and staff with fun prizes all week long!

This will be our last month of craft club this school year!

We have three ceramic options this month. You are welcome to sign up more than once! 

Cost is $15 per project. Checks and cash maybe brought into the office but all will be billed through FACTS.
