I hope that you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We are back this week with a focus on the season of Advent. This special time invites us to prepare our hearts for the coming of our Lord, Jesus Christ. We will hold a Lessons and Carols service in the church on Friday at 1:30 pm, and all are welcome to attend.

Wednesday, December 4 - 8:15 am - Prayer Service - Kindergarten

Wednesday, December 4 - 8:45 am - Mass - 1st grade

Thursday, December 5 - 8:45 am - Mass - 2nd-8th grades

The first-grade stewardship focus this year is caring for the environment. We have planned projects that foster a sense of gratitude, encourage compassion, and inspire students to give back. These activities are designed to support environmental care through prayer, service, and sacrificial giving.



This week, students learned about the importance of recycling, reducing, and reusing. After a brief presentation, they said a prayer for the environment and enjoyed participating in several fun, hands-on activities that reinforced these concepts.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for Saint Pius X Trivia Night! It was a wonderful evening filled with laughter and friendly competition. We are deeply grateful for the generous support, which will make a meaningful impact on the SPX band. Thank you for helping us keep the music alive!

The ordering window for January lunch will open Tomorrow, December 2. You can order lunches through December 20th.

This is the last week for Nickels for St. Nicholas! Don't forget to bring in your nickels—as well as quarters, dimes, and pennies— to celebrate the story of St. Nicholas and share our blessings with others.

On December 6, St. Nicholas will visit each classroom to gather the coins.

All proceeds will be donated to Ronald McDonald House Charities to help bring joy to families who cannot celebrate the holidays at home this year.

This holiday season, rather than adding more to your to-do list, we invite you to make a meaningful contribution to this year’s Teacher & Staff Christmas Fund. To participate, you can send cash only to the office in a labeled envelope, or click HERE to give electronically.



With your generosity, we can make this Christmas extra merry and bright for our wonderful Saint Pius X teachers and staff!

Volleyball playoffs start December 6. Be sure to check the athletic calendar HERE for those games, updates, changes or cancellations.

Please ensure that all children here after hours or on weekends for ICCL games or other events are supervised. Siblings should not be allowed to wander around the school or campus without an adult present.

Registration is open for the December Games and Puzzles Club meetings! 

Students in Kindergarten-5th grade are invited to sign up for this after school club. The dates are Thursday, December 5 and Thursday, December 12. The club is offered from 3:00-3:50 in the Library. Club dues are $10 per month.
