The Saint Pius X Step-by-Step Stewardship Program is a core part of our Catholic identity, teaching students to become good stewards of God's gifts through prayer, service, and sacrificial giving. Each grade engages in age-appropriate activities, with seventh grade focusing on respect for life. This year, students will participate in projects that support life from conception to natural death, benefiting local organizations through their prayers, service, and gifts.
Recently, Deacon Harry spoke with the students about living stewardship daily and sharing their time, talents, and treasure to honor the dignity of life. Earlier this week, a representative from the Center for Hospice Care (CHC) visited the class, explaining CHC's impact in the community. Following this, students crafted fleece tie blankets by hand to comfort CHC’s hospice patients and their families during difficult times.

Pious Pages Book Club
On November 1, our 4th graders will once again celebrate the lives of the holy men and women that loved Jesus and shared that love with others throughout their lives.
But why limit The Solemnity of All Saints to just one day? This year, Saint Pius X students can learn about the many saints with our own 'Pi(o)us Pages' Book Club throughout the month of November.
Please encourage your student to visit the special section dedicated to saints in the library. After reading a book, your student can fill out a Saint Card to share a fun fact about the saint they read about, and we will display these in the library throughout the month. At the end of November, we will have a drawing for a fun saint prize package.
We look forward to learning more with our children as they read about these holy men and women that have shaped - and continue to shape - our faith.
Thank you for supporting this initiative,
