Shepherd Me O, God

God our walks with us in the darkest valleys, as the beloved Psalm 23 assures us. Isaiah prophecies of the day when the shroud that is cast over all peoples will be destroyed, tears will be wiped away, and death will be swallowed up forever. The apostle Paul writes to the church in Philippi, and to us, that even amid anxiety and hardship we rejoice in the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding.
